Pops at the fountain was on this week, bringing local orchestral talent to downtown Warren.  This annual event is usually held just before the Fourth of July weekend, and is free and open to the public.

Each year, they play a few of the classics, as well as more mainstream-recognisable tunes, such as the Star Wars theme, Indiana Jones, and the Hobbit.  Have a look below (and don’t mind the kids playing in front of me.  One’s my boy!)

Here are a few other shots of the evening.

We also spent a bit of the time at the Fountain itself.  The fountain, built by Northwest Savings Bank, represents some of the local flora & fauna in the area.

Consider this a new place to hang out in Warren every year.  It’s prominently advertised on many of the store-front windows.
